100% polluted water popsicles is a project by Hung I-chen, Guo Yi-hui, and Cheng Yu-ti, three students at the National Taiwan University of Arts. They collected 100 samples of polluted and sewage water from across Taiwan, before placing the samples—complete with dirt, bugs, and trash—into a freezer, turning them into popsicles. The aim of the project is to raise awareness about water pollution. Popsicles were chosen as a motif because they are translucent and look appealing to the eye. ( x )
“Such pretty popsicles, would you still want to eat them?”
